This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and uphold employee lifecycle processes within the HRIS, which includes onboarding, job and manager transitions, transfers, organizational modifications, and offboarding.
• Discover opportunities for enhancement in People Operations activities through AI agents, agentic workflows, and workflow automation.
• Assist in the design, configuration, testing, documentation, and refinement of HR workflows that connect HRIS, service management, payroll, benefits, knowledge repositories, and other systems.
• Aid in HRIS configuration, workflows, integrations, custom fields, and enhancements to the system.
• Ensure role-based access, security controls, audit support, and data privacy practices for HR systems and AI-enabled workflows.
• Facilitate human review controls for AI agents, including permissions, approval gates, escalation procedures, exception handling, audit logs, and rollback processes.
• Support HRIS upgrades, system releases, new modules, and process implementations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Finance, IT, managers, employees, and vendors to streamline processes and address inquiries.
• Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and regular metrics.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis, investigate data trends and discrepancies, and assess AI agent and workflow effectiveness.
• Oversee the accuracy and integrity of HR data through audits, reconciliations, corrections, quality checks, and output evaluations.
• Provide first- and second-level support for HRIS, reporting, agent, and workflow-related issues.
• Assist in HR technology and People Operations projects from the planning phase through implementation.
• Help evaluate AI-enabled HR technology capabilities and vendor roadmaps.
• Support HR systems, AI agent, and data training for HR team members, managers, and employees.
• Facilitate compliance activities concerning employee records, HR data, reporting, AI-enabled workflows, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage company data responsibly, adhere to company policies and data privacy protocols, complete compliance training, and perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s or university degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in People Operations, HRIS administration, HR reporting and analytics, payroll operations, or a related field.
• Proficient in advanced Excel skills, including lookups, data validation, conditional logic, and pivot tables.
• Capability to analyze and reconcile large, intricate datasets.
• Familiarity with HR data governance, employee lifecycle processes, data privacy practices, and HR reporting standards.
• Responsive and customer-oriented support skills with the ability to communicate with professional integrity.
• Strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various functions, prioritize competing demands, and fulfill commitments.
• Must possess legal eligibility to work in the assigned country without visa sponsorship.
• Experience with HRIS reporting, workflow automation, data integrations, APIs, AI assistants or AI agent applications, or business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Snowflake.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
