This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Carry out advanced tasks related to indirect tax operations.
• Perform reconciliations and verify the accuracy of indirect tax data.
• Aid in documenting and improving workflows through technology and process enhancements.
• Provide support for onboarding in both partial and full outsourcing engagements.
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing efficiency during month-end processes.
• Uphold audit-ready documentation and reporting standards.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Communications, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in tax operations or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while communicating effectively.
• Standard 40-hour work schedule.
• Willingness to travel less than 10% of the time.
