This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee member outreach initiatives to encourage the effective utilization of health plan benefits.

• Manage outreach efforts to guarantee that members receive crucial clinical services and enhance health outcomes within Medicaid or Medicare populations.

• Address member inquiries through in-person interactions, telephone communications, and written correspondence.

• Assist with HEDIS quality initiatives along with regulatory and contractual obligations.

• Engage with members who are noncompliant regarding designated outreach services.

• Facilitate the capture of medical records for HEDIS medical record reviews and the abstraction of supplemental data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in member outreach, health care marketing, and/or health education.

• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.

• Over 1 year of experience working with data.

• Capability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• More than 2 years of experience using personal computers, including keyboard navigation, and managing multiple systems and applications, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

• High School Diploma (MANDATORY).

• Experience with QuickBase (preferred).

• Familiarity with QNXT (preferred).

• Project management experience (preferred).

• Analytical experience (preferred).
