This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.
• Assist in the enrollment and onboarding processes for pharmacies interested in joining the pharmacy network.
• Evaluate enrollment applications and accompanying documentation for thoroughness and precision.
• Provide support to pharmacies and their corporate headquarters regarding enrollment inquiries and participation requirements.
• Execute pharmacy additions, modifications, terminations, and other participation alterations following established protocols.
• Investigate and resolve standard enrollment, participation, and provider data issues.
• Oversee enrollment requests to guarantee timely execution of necessary processing steps.
• Aid in pharmacy outreach initiatives concerning enrollment updates, participation requirements, and operational communications.
• Create and assess reports related to pharmacy enrollment, participation status, and the quality of network data.
• Detect data inconsistencies and escalate complex issues to senior team members when appropriate.
• Engage in process improvement efforts aimed at enhancing enrollment accuracy, turnaround times, and pharmacy satisfaction.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures while expanding knowledge of pharmacy network operations and enrollment processes.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in customer service, healthcare operations, administrative support, pharmacy operations, or a related area.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to established deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Skillful use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Pharmacy Administration, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Experience in supporting customers, providers, pharmacies, or business partners in a professional capacity.
• Understanding of pharmacy operations, healthcare administration, or provider enrollment procedures.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare or pharmacy terminology.
• Proven ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly.
