This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist in the administration of global compensation and benefits initiatives.
• Compile data, oversee ongoing program processes, manage employee-impacting changes, and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Evaluate market benchmarking, internal equity, salary frameworks, and compensation data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Organize annual and ad hoc compensation initiatives, encompassing merit increases, incentives, promotions, and job changes.
• Guarantee accurate inputs, secure approvals, and ensure the timely execution of compensation processes.
• Maintain job architecture, job descriptions, job titles, and rewards-related information in authorized HR systems and repositories, including SharePoint and ADP when applicable.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses for Total Rewards leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and organizational leaders.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Finance, Payroll, employees, managers, benefits providers, brokers, and external vendors.
• Assist in global benefits planning, renewals, audits, compliance efforts, employee communications, and process enhancements.
• Manage company data and information in accordance with data handling agreements, procedures, and policies.
• Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and data privacy regulations.
• Complete annual compliance training certifications and policy acknowledgments.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's or University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field of study, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, HR analytics, HR Operations, or a related domain required.
• Proficient Excel skills, including lookups, data validation, pivot tables, and the capability to analyze and reconcile extensive datasets required.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining and managing key HR systems and benchmarking tools for compensation, benefits, payroll, or reporting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices, market benchmarking, job architecture, and employee rewards data preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Salary.com preferred.
• WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional, or similar certification preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the assigned country without visa sponsorship.
• Capability to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
• Ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment.
• Full-time remote work arrangement.
• Standard UK business hours schedule (1:30pm to 10:30pm IST).
