Analyst, Digital Systems Integration Accelerator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead the integration workstream for Quality & Food Safety, focusing on project planning, milestone management, risk mitigation, and progress monitoring.

• Act as the subject matter expert for the integration of Q&FS digital systems.

• Assist in system harmonization, stakeholder training, and business readiness initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate integration activities.

• Analyze and map the current-state Q&FS processes across various organizations.

• Design and implement harmonized future-state processes that align with digital transformation goals and global Q&FS standards.

• Assess, select, and integrate digital systems effectively.

• Standardize metrics, reporting, and performance management processes.

• Ensure that integrated processes, systems, and workflows adhere to Q&FS standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Advocate for organizational change and support strategies for communication and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in complex business environments.

• Experience in Q&FS.

• Comprehensive understanding of Q&FS digital systems.

• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient in English.

• Solid understanding of quality and food safety systems.

• Capability to train internal employees on technical systems.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Preferred: 10 years of experience in various quality and food safety-related areas.

• Preferred: In-depth understanding of Mars’ systems such as Nexus, SAP Atlas, and Mars Pulse.

• Preferred: Relevant certifications, including project management PMP, facilitation, or managing successful programs.
