This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Become a vital member of the development team, engaging in work items for implementation during each Sprint.
• Execute a range of software development tasks emphasizing quality and maintainability, which includes requirements gathering, analysis and design, programming, configuration management, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee your own tasks and promptly inform the team of any delays or obstacles encountered.
• A Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or related Information Technology disciplines.
• Alternatively, a university degree in any field with a focus on Information Technology is acceptable.
• Preferred certifications include Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE Programmer (version 5 or higher), CSD – Certified Scrum Developer, and PSD – Professional Scrum Developer.
• Proven experience in developing financial systems.
• Familiarity with agile principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Kanban.
• Experience in continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proficient with Jenkins, Sonar, Maven, Nexus, and Azure DevOps Services.
• Knowledge and experience with ClearCase, SVN, and Git.
• Capable of analyzing and specifying functional, non-functional, and agile requirements.
• Understanding of design patterns, programming best practices, and enterprise system integration.
• Experience with microservices architecture and development, Docker, Kubernetes, and monolith migration.
• Skilled in relational data modeling, MVC, layered applications, and responsive interfaces/PWA.
• Integration experience utilizing messaging, JMS, Web services, REST, SOA, EJB 3, and WebSphere Message Broker.
• Proficient in Java Web/JEE/JSE, Java 8+, MicroProfile, Spring, JSF, JPA, and Struts.
• Familiar with application servers such as JBoss, WebSphere, Liberty, and the Quarkus framework.
• Knowledgeable in Linux, SonarQube, SQL, Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Ant, and Apache Maven.
• Experience with software testing and automation tools like JUnit, Selenium WebDriver, and JMeter.
• Programming expertise in MUMPS, Caché, OpenVMS/Linux, Delphi, Enterprise PowerBuilder, UNIX-like systems, ISO 8583, financial technologies J/XFS, and cryptography.
• Desirable knowledge of CICS, CICS/WEB, Broker, MQ Series, SOAP, and APIs.
