Analyst Creator – PM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the daily operations partner for a selection of Hershey brands.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and workflows from initiation to launch.

• Convert business requirements into precise scopes, assignments, resources, and action plans.

• Organize creator casting, production, reviews, approvals, and final delivery across social media channels.

• Foster relationships with brand teams, creators, strategists, and agency partners.

• Track project budgets, identify potential risks, and proactively suggest solutions.

• Collaborate with Measurement & Intelligence teams to gather insights and enhance future content performance.

• Assist in optimizing operational processes and contribute to the ongoing growth of Pip & Plume.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, creative operations, account management, integrated production, marketing operations, social media operations, or related fields.

• Preferred experience within a creative agency, social agency, in-house studio, creator organization, or marketing team.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships concurrently.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

• A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.

• Proficient in project management.

• Experienced in budget planning and financial tracking.

• Knowledgeable in creative operations.

• Familiar with social media and the creator ecosystem.

• Skilled in stakeholder management.

• Able to collaborate across functions.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
