Analyst, Client Solutions – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire process of matching clients with industry experts.

• Guarantee the timely and high-quality provision of expert insights.

• Facilitate coordination between clients and experts across various regions.

• Assist clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis.

• Convert client needs into organized research outputs.

• Deliver clear and actionable insights to aid in decision-making.

• Support continuous client engagement and project execution.

• Aid in managing client requests and ensuring seamless delivery of results.

• Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and responsiveness.

• Collaborate with global internal teams to execute projects.

• Manage coordination across different time zones and stakeholders.

• Support the effective execution of client deliverables in a remote work environment.

• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or similar fields.

• Strong command of English (mandatory).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient analytical thinking and research abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced, target-oriented setting.

• Self-driven, proactive, and detail-focused approach.

• Genuine interest in consulting, markets, and business strategy.

• Professional-level proficiency in English.

• Must complete a background check.

• Must adhere to Lynk’s restrictions on trading Restricted Securities in personal trading accounts.
