This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable dashboards, embedded analytics, and client-facing reporting packages utilizing Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Create standardized and reusable analytics and reporting solutions across various client engagements.
• Collaborate with customer success, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert client needs into effective reporting solutions.
• Define reporting requirements, key metrics, data needs, and documentation for the development and enhancement of dashboards.
• Work alongside data engineers to support client-ready data models, schema layers, transformations, and improve reporting performance.
• Analyze trends, validate metrics, uncover insights, and offer reporting recommendations for business and operational decisions.
• Validate data, reconcile reporting discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports.
• Maintain data mapping for both internal and external data sets.
• Uphold governance, privacy, and quality standards for external-facing reports within a life sciences context.
• Collaborate with the Reporting and Analytics Manager on AI-enabled reporting, predictive analytics, executive dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Provide dashboard demonstrations, user training, reporting documentation, user guides, and FAQs.
• Address reporting inquiries and identify opportunities to enhance usability, automation, and dashboard performance.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting and analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
• Proven experience in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and working with relational data.
• Understanding of data modeling, data marts, data warehousing, and data transformation concepts.
• Experience in supporting business stakeholders with reporting requirements.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence, data analytics, dashboard development, and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to convert complex data into clear reporting, insights, and client-ready visuals.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, training, documentation, and user enablement capabilities.
• Residents of the Eastern and Central time zones preferred.
• Must be eligible to work full-time in the United States currently.

• Experience with Tableau or Looker is a plus.
• Prior experience with life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, clinical, or operational data is preferred.
• Experience with CRM data, including Veeva or Salesforce, preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or AI-assisted analytics is preferred.
