Analyst, Client Implementations – MAPS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more locations.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Product Development, Network Operations, and other teams to establish the appropriate system setup for clients.

• Evaluate client needs in conjunction with internal processes to identify feasible setups.

• Organize group configurations in the Meritain system for vendor partners, analytics vendors, client billing, and reporting.

• Engage and communicate with internal personnel regarding new business initiatives and revisions.

• Ensure the timely and precise setup of intricate account structures and comprehensive benefit plans.

• Oversee and manage the internal installation process while maintaining case tracking.

• Execute ad hoc data programs to enhance the setup of group and eligibility files.

• Conduct audits of customized group enrollments utilizing ad hoc data programs.

• Maintain data files for monthly group reporting in compliance with PHI guidelines.

• Generate monthly reports for clients and brokers.

• Contribute to the testing of enhancements and modifications to ER/EO/GIM data files.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on benefits interpretation.

• High school diploma required.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Highly organized.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
