Analyst, Account Manager

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for account management with assigned client stakeholders in specified geographic areas.

• Deliver proactive account management assistance that aligns with client objectives, contractual obligations, and organizational business aims.

• Facilitate client meetings, training sessions, and presentations.

• Coordinate and resolve intricate issues related to benefits administration, eligibility, claims processing, provider reimbursement, medical assistance, care coordination, and global healthcare access.

• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical Services, Network Management, Medical Assistance, Claims, Product, and Technology teams.

• Track service performance, client trends, escalations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Assist global healthcare access initiatives alongside vendor and network partners.

• Identify service gaps, analyze root causes, and formulate actionable solutions.

• Design and present educational, training, and communication programs.

• Create and sustain educational materials, account resources, and training content.

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and escalation procedures.

• Organize member-facing communications, educational materials, provider directories, client microsites, and account-specific resources.

• Advocate for client needs across various cross-functional teams.

• Assist in process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain account documentation, issue logs, service reports, and action plans.

• Handle time-sensitive communications and client requests across different geographic regions and time zones.

• Recognize emerging trends, risks, and opportunities while recommending enhancements to healthcare access, member experience, and account performance.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management.

• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.

• Commitment to customer service excellence.

• Expertise in strategic account management.

• Knowledge of healthcare operations and service delivery.

• Ability to collaborate across functional teams.

• Proficient in executive and client communication.

• Skills in data analysis and performance reporting.

• Experience in process improvement.

• Capable of project coordination.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the healthcare industry.
