Analog Layout Engineer – High Voltage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop layouts for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits at the block and module level.

• Implement designs for high-voltage circuits and power management.

• Take ownership of macros and IP blocks within complex integrated circuit projects.

• Assist in top-level planning and the integration of analog blocks.

• Collaborate with analog design teams, verification, and layout leadership.

• Conduct and support DRC (Design Rule Check) and LVS (Layout vs. Schematic) activities.

• Execute physical verification flows and sign-off processes.

• Optimize layouts for performance, matching, reliability, area, and manufacturability.

• Contribute to IP reuse and the development of new blocks.

• Participate in technical reviews and design discussions with the team.

• Work together with design engineers, layout leads, verification teams, and project management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced level in analog and mixed-signal layout design (more than 5 years of experience).

• Advanced knowledge of BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technologies (more than 5 years of experience).

• Advanced expertise in high-voltage circuits (more than 5 years of experience).

• Proficient in Cadence Virtuoso (more than 5 years of experience).

• Advanced skills in Calibre (DRC/LVS) (more than 5 years of experience).

• Intermediate to advanced experience in physical verification and sign-off flows (DRC, LVS, EM/IR) (3-5 years of experience).

• Intermediate knowledge of matching techniques, symmetry, and parasitic effects (2-5 years of experience).
