Analista Funcional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document the functional business requirements in collaboration with user areas.

• Model and document business processes using Bizagi (BPMN notation).

• Serve as a liaison between user areas and technical teams, translating business needs into clear functional specifications.

• Create functional documents, user stories, and/or use cases according to project methodology.

• Validate with user areas that the developed solutions meet the gathered requirements.

• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and functional tests.

• Deliver complete functional documentation within the project's defined timeframe (2 months).

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional qualification in Systems Engineering, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Over 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in similar business analysis roles.

• Proven experience in process modeling with Bizagi (BPMN notation).

• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

• Ability to act as a liaison between user areas and technical teams.

• Proficiency in office tools and process documentation software (Excel, Visio, or others).

• Availability to join a short-term project (2 months, no extensions).

• Certification in Bizagi or in Business Process Management (BPM) (preferred).

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) (preferred).

• Previous experience in projects within the banking, insurance, or financial sectors (preferred).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.

• Organizational skills and ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
