This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accurate implementation of payroll updates.

• Verify the application of updates from third parties, agreements, loans, and garnishments.

• Review withholding tax on salaries.

• Examine social benefits: bonuses, severance pay, interest on severance, and vacation.

• Prepare and analyze the settlements and recalculations of employment contracts.

• Enter and review updates in the system.

• Mass download settlements in PDF format for distribution.

• Validate the social security settlement and Law 1393 compliance.

• Record accounting entries for payroll payments, advances, adjustments, and social security.

• Analyze and justify discrepancies between payroll and accounting records.

• Manage the recovery of sick leave payments from health service providers.

• Submit and monitor sick leave recoveries with EPS/ARL.

• Analyze and clear potential receivables related to contributions from social security administrators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional or final semester student in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Administrative Sciences.

• Proficient in Excel.

• 2 years of experience in the payroll field.

• Experience as a supervisor, reviewer, or analyst in organizations with over 800 employees.

• University degree or technological career.
