Analista de Negócios

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct requirements gathering and project specification for Technology initiatives.

• Develop solutions for processes, business mapping, and analysis.

• Create technical documentation for software requirements specifications and status reports for project management.

• Perform gathering, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for digital services.

• Lead discovery workshops, including Lean Inception and Design Thinking methodologies.

• Model AS-IS and TO-BE processes.

• Map business rules, as well as legal and regulatory requirements applicable to digitized public services.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner and stakeholders.

• Assist in defining integrations with legacy systems and in specifying APIs.

• Ensure traceability between requirements, deliverables, and the strategic objectives of the Program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 4 years of experience in requirements gathering and specification for information systems.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and backlog management tools.

• Familiarity with business process modeling.

• Understanding of functional and non-functional requirements.
