This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Achieve annual goals related to savings, productivity, and waste reduction from implemented projects.

• Meet the target percentage for IPS/Lean Six Sigma projects according to the annual plan.

• Deliver on the committed benefits pertaining to quality, productivity, service, or financial outcomes.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen events, Problem Solving workshops, and training sessions.

• Ensure quality standards for training personnel in IPS methodologies and problem-solving tools.

• Adhere to the Integrated Process System (IPS).

• Implement and monitor Tier Meetings, Balanced Scorecard, and Hoshin Kanri.

• Conduct regular reviews of metrics and resolve any resultant actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or engineering degree in chemistry, biomedical, industrial, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in similar activities.

• Advanced English proficiency: technical, spoken, and written.

• Experience in managing and implementing quality processes.
