Analista Contable, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute accounting routines for clients.

• Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly closing procedures.

• Work with databases, formulas, controls, and reports in Excel.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements.

• Conduct accounting classification, provisions, and reclassifications.

• Manage multiple clients, tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Participate in meetings and exchange information with clients and teams across Latin America.

• Request documentation and communicate in writing with clients and teams.

• Build professional relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Support organizations in Brazil and the United States with accounting, legal, and consulting services, focusing on international transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Accounting Sciences, completed or in progress, depending on the level of experience.

• 2 years of experience in the accounting field.

• Fluent Spanish — a mandatory requirement.

• Ability to participate in meetings, exchange information, request documentation, and communicate in writing with clients and teams across Latin America.

• Previous experience in accounting routines, preferably in reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly closing.

• Experience or familiarity with BPO environments, outsourced accounting, or multi-client management will be considered a plus.

• Intermediate level of Excel.

• Knowledge of ERP systems or accounting software.

• Basic/intermediate knowledge of financial statements, particularly Balance Sheet/Statement of Financial Position and Income Statement.

• Understanding of account reconciliation, accounting classification, provisions, and reclassifications.

• Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical capabilities.

• Strong communication skills and ability to establish professional relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Experience in BPO/outsourced accounting or professional services firms.

• Experience managing a client portfolio.

• Experience with LATAM accounting operations or multinational companies.

• Experience working with clients from different countries and/or currencies.

• Knowledge of IFRS / NIIF and CPC.

• Experience with the Domínio system.

• Understanding of tax processes and ancillary obligations.

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, or other accounting ERPs.

• Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis and visualization tools.

• Experience in internal or external audit support.

• Advanced English is a plus.
