AMER Central Solution Consulting Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coach and oversee a group of Solutions Consultants.

• Collaborate with regional or segment sales leaders to assign Solution Consulting resources to various opportunities.

• Actively engage in business opportunities as a Solution Consultant, Subject Matter Expert, or Value Engineer.

• Conduct discovery sessions concentrating on business value, key initiatives, and quantified solution value.

• Present platform demonstrations and articulate product value.

• Create customized talk tracks and journeys tailored to prospects.

• Develop planning models for Proof of Value engagements or live workshops.

• Mentor team members to enhance their core solutions consulting competencies.

• Oversee daily tasks, assignments, problem-solving, prioritization, and personnel management for a team of up to five individuals.

• Facilitate hiring processes and collaborate with Global Solutions Consulting leaders on hiring strategies.

• Formulate and present execution strategies during Quarterly Business Reviews.

• Develop account strategies and perform account reviews with regional sales leaders.

• Communicate effectively with C-level executives, particularly CFOs and CIOs.

• Report to the AMER Solutions Consulting Leader.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience leading a Pre-sales/Solution Consulting team.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of high achievers.

• Over 3 years of pre-sales experience in the EPM domain, or expertise in Finance, HR/Workforce Planning, Sales Performance Management, Revenue Operations, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Chain, or Value Engineering.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams, as well as senior leaders and executives.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

• BS/BA degree is preferred.

• Professional proficiency in English is essential.
