Ambulatory & Wisdom Solutions Analyst – Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement functionality for Epic solutions.

• Develop, test, and sustain features in alignment with specifications and requirements.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical issues.

• Enhance system performance and ensure user satisfaction.

• Collaborate with various departments on project implementations.

• Resolve member maintenance concerns.

• Create and refine technical documentation.

• Promote process improvement and facilitate cross-functional knowledge exchange.

• Cultivate technical design, analysis, and system enhancement skills.

• Assist with Go-Live installations and training as necessary.

• Travel to member organizations as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant position.

• A background in Healthcare IT is essential.

• Certification in Epic EpicCare Ambulatory and Wisdom is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years as a Certified Epic Applications Analyst is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in Ambulatory build is required.

• Strong communication skills with application and technical teams, end users, and subject matter experts.

• Must demonstrate integrity and accountability.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven, focusing on data-informed decision making.

• Must be proactive, self-driven, and solution-focused.

• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview is required.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently from a home office.
