Ambulatory Solutions Analyst – Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, document, and implement solution functionalities.

• Construct, test, and sustain features in line with specifications and requirements.

• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve intricate technical issues.

• Enhance processes and introduce innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with various departments on project implementations.

• Address member maintenance concerns.

• Generate and refine technical documentation.

• Promote knowledge sharing and process enhancement across cross-functional teams.

• Cultivate skills and competencies in technical design, analysis, and system improvements.

• Travel as necessary for Go-Live installations or training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable or relevant position.

• Proven work history in Healthcare IT is essential.

• Epic EpicCare Ambulatory certification is mandatory.

• Preferably, at least 5 years of experience as a Certified Epic Applications Analyst.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Ambulatory build is required.

• Excellent communication skills with application and technical teams, end users, and SMEs.

• Must demonstrate integrity and accountability.

• A process- and detail-oriented mindset is essential.

• Strong focus on data-driven decision making.

• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.

• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview is required.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office setting.

• High-speed internet access is necessary.

• A distraction-free work environment is essential.

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English is required.
