Amazon Listing Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Upload and publish completed SEO/content materials from Helix to Amazon, which includes titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, A+ content, and associated listing fields.

• Prepare and submit flat files while ensuring accurate formatting and adherence to Amazon's requirements.

• Resolve content upload issues, listing suppressions, and related Seller Support inquiries.

• Ensure that published content perfectly aligns with the approved Helix output, covering field mapping, formatting, and marketplace accuracy.

• Collaborate with SEO and content teams regarding Helix outputs, priorities, and upload timelines.

• Support broader Seller Central inquiries as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in uploading and publishing content to Amazon Seller Central, including listings, A+ content, and flat files.

• Capability to quickly learn and navigate Helix; training will be provided.

• Extensive knowledge of Amazon flat file templates, content requirements, and compliance standards.

• Experience in troubleshooting listing/content upload issues and resolving them through Seller Support.

• Broader experience in Amazon Seller Central support is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Experience working in an Amazon agency or multi-client setting.

• Familiarity with Notion and Trello.

• Understanding of Amazon category-specific requirements, such as those for supplements and medical devices.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there.

• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
