Alliance Resale Manager – Assistant Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Implement the Alliance resale program activities in collaboration with the Global Alliance Resale Leader and Regional Leadership.

• Assist business teams in understanding and adhering to EY’s Resale Policies and procedures.

• Facilitate communication between Risk Management, Legal, and internal business teams to mitigate resale risks and enhance resale enablement.

• Organize and execute resale programs and transactions in partnership with EY Account teams, Alliance Leadership, Risk Management, Legal, and resale partners.

• Work together with Risk Management, Legal, and business teams to assess and establish Reseller Agreements and programs.

• Oversee the programmatic components of resale initiatives with Resellers and the EY Alliance Management team.

• Assist local countries in onboarding new resale partnerships.

• Support business teams in executing individual resale transactions.

• Provide training to account teams on how to execute resale transactions effectively.

• Collaborate with Regional Ecosystem Leaders to enhance resale processes and foster awareness.

• Coordinate closely with Independence to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Work virtually with team members across global regions and engage in minimal travel.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in resale management or strategic program oversight within a technology or professional services organization.

• Proficient in managing contract administration, governance oversight, and operational support activities.

• Exceptional skills in relationship-building, networking, and influence management.

• Capable of balancing the evaluation and development of new resale contracts while managing ongoing programs and transactions.

• Proven success in establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial alliance relationships.

• Highly effective communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• A solid track record in delivering alliance sales and revenue growth.

• Ability to work autonomously while communicating progress and challenges effectively.

• Comfortable with escalating complex issues and providing recommendations to leadership.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask across various projects.

• Adaptability in working with individuals of diverse personalities, cultures, and working styles.

• Experience collaborating with Risk Management, Legal, Independence, Alliance Leadership, account teams, and resale partners.
