Alliance Partner Program Assistant Director

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the strategy for the Snowflake alliance partner program

• Secure access to Snowflake-level alliance initiatives and roll them out on a global scale

• Propel local program engagement and ensure compliance

• Provide alliance intelligence, precise financial reporting, and metrics on impact and influence

• Initiate new countries and super regions with the necessary approvals and governance

• Assist with business plans, executive relationships, operational routines, and alliance contracts

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and requirements

• Share content, knowledge, and market insights within the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network

• Align objectives among Global Snowflake Alliance teams, alliance partner counterparts, and EY delivery practices

• Regularly coordinate with team members distributed globally

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to manage various activities related to relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support

• Familiarity with Snowflake technology and associated alliance partner products and solutions

• Background in alliance management or business development within a technology or professional services organization

• Proven ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial alliance relationships

• Excellent networking and influence management abilities

• Outstanding communication, organizational, and project management skills

• Demonstrated success in driving alliance sales and revenues

• Capability to work autonomously and report on progress and challenges

• Skill in escalating complex issues with recommendations for leadership

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Flexibility to adapt to various personalities, cultures, and working styles
