This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Oversee and meet sales objectives, revenue goals, and business unit targets through effective strategic sales methodologies.
• Act as an internal advocate for strategic partners, fostering long-lasting trust.
• Connect with client organizations, ranging from C-level executives to laboratory scientists.
• Conduct sales analytics and create forecasting models for the near, mid, and long term.
• Develop strategies and plans in collaboration with strategic partners to seize new products and opportunities.
• Deliver proposals and engage in high-level negotiations and contract discussions.
• Lead business reviews that encompass performance evaluations, growth opportunities, and significant projects.
• Serve as the primary sales liaison for the corporate account and assist the sales team.
• Manage cross-functional sales initiatives with strong project management skills.
• Articulate customer demand and synchronize production priorities and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate product delivery requirements between clients and production teams.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and assessments of the new product development pipeline.
• Enhance international brand visibility through global roadshows and tradeshows.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in biomedical science or a related discipline (e.g., clinical biochemistry).
• A minimum of 5+ years in an IVD-related sales management position, concentrating on B2B strategic alliances and/or corporate account management.
• Established relationships with APAC end-user diagnostic laboratories and networks.
• Expertise in biochemistry and immunoassay.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, especially when addressing senior-level audiences.
• Advanced skills in Excel and finance for sales forecasting and sophisticated price modeling.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%, including overnight domestic and international trips.
• Knowledge of molecular and serology techniques, including biochemistry and immunoassay laboratory testing.
• Proficiency in APAC languages.
• Familiarity with 13485, 15189, CLSI, CAP, and regional accreditation standards.
• Experience with medical device registrations for CE, 510(k), NMPA, and other international markets.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
