Alliance Investment Manager, Assistant Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead alliance teams involved in investment initiatives and oversee approvals across GCO, Independence, and Alliance Leadership.

• Supervise the implementation of investment programs in alignment with EY Policy.

• Collaborate with regions and countries to utilize existing programs, ensuring that appropriate contracts and financial frameworks are established.

• Manage GDS resources that provide reporting and transaction-level assistance.

• Ensure that the Ecosystem Tool is current and accurate for tracking alliance and ecosystem activities.

• Work with Independence on transaction-level assessments and compliance.

• Advocate for the advantages of investment programs to promote their appropriate utilization across EY.

• Develop new programs, expand existing ones into new countries and regions, and monitor authorized activities to mitigate risks.

• Collaborate remotely with global team members and travel as necessary.

• Proven experience in alliance management or consulting services within a technology or professional services organization.

• Familiarity with alliance investment or incentive programs.

• Proficient in managing contract administration, financial oversight, governance, and operational support activities.

• Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and influence management abilities.

• Highly effective communication skills with a strong degree of credibility.

• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously while keeping track of progress and addressing challenges.

• Comfortable escalating complex issues to leadership with well-thought-out recommendations.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Capability to adapt to various personalities, cultures, and working styles.

• Basic understanding of the technology and business advantages of alliance and ecosystem partnerships.
