Airline Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Perform market research, analyze properties, and manage market RFPs for crew accommodations.

• Negotiate terms and rates for RFPs involving crew, DPAX, and URA hotels and transportation.

• Finalize the contracting process for DPAX hotels, transport, and URAs.

• Monitor market trends for pricing adjustments and report on risks and opportunities.

• Become an expert in the hotel market within the designated region.

• Create pricing comparisons and conduct analyses to present the final options for hotels and transport.

• Write market intelligence reports for smaller cities.

• Identify potential savings and revenue opportunities in the market.

• Evaluate hotels and transport vendors based on client criteria.

• Prepare, present, and deliver necessary outputs.

• Engage in product development by providing feedback and user insights.

• Gain an understanding of client operations and accommodation needs.

• Build relationships with hotel and transportation providers.

• Follow up with Account Management until the business placement is completed.

• Negotiate and finalize fee agreements as required.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel brands and management companies.

• Travel for hotel site visits as assigned.

• Report directly to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing and collaborate frequently with various teams and departments.

• Proficient negotiation skills.

• Strong financial insights and meticulous attention to detail.

• Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Zoom.

• Capability to learn new platforms and tools swiftly.

• Relevant skills, experience, and qualifications will influence compensation decisions.
