Airbnb Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, incorporating high-quality photos, engaging descriptions, and effective SEO strategies.

• Execute yield management and dynamic pricing techniques to maximize revenue.

• Handle bookings and maintain positive guest relations.

• Manage communications, check-ins, and any disputes that may arise.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams during guest transitions.

• Identify and reach out to new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Operate the business through the ALB platform.

• Assign portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence, if necessary.

• Recruit and recommend City Managers as desired.

• Background in real estate, sales, or related fields is beneficial.

• Highly driven individual.

• Ability to work independently as a self-employed professional, supported by a structured network.
