Air Source Heat Pump Service and Repair Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct routine service and maintenance visits for Air Source Heat Pumps, Unvented hot water cylinders, and associated system components.

• Execute both scheduled and reactive repairs for Air Source Heat Pumps and Unvented hot water cylinders.

• Diagnose faults, repair, and replace system components such as Unvented hot water cylinders, radiators, pumps, manifolds, buffer vessels, zone valves, and programmers.

• Provide outstanding customer service.

• Assist Aira customers in maximizing the efficiency of their Clean Energy heating systems.

• Collaborate as part of Aira’s nationwide network of Technicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing (or equivalent).

• WRAS certifications.

• Unvented hot water qualifications (Part G).

• Gas qualifications.

• Experience in fault finding, servicing, and repairing central heating systems (Gas or Renewables).

• Proficient in the installation of hot water cylinders and radiators.

• NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent) is desirable.

• Level 3 heat pump system design is desirable.

• F-Gas Category 1 certification is desirable.

• Experience with Air Source Heat Pumps is not required.

• A strong passion for problem-solving.
