AI/ML Technical Practice Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Quantphi is in search of a Technical Leader to spearhead our AWS AI/ML initiatives.

• The AI/ML Leader will be accountable for shaping the overall technical strategy, planning, technical solutions, and execution in advancing Quantiphi’s AWS AI/ML endeavors.

• Collaborate with the AWS Global Leader, sales, GTM, and other support teams to define and advance our AWS AI/ML technical strategy.

• Lead technical pre-sales discussions with both customers and partners.

• Assist in the development of proposals, statements of work, presentations, and other materials essential for securing new business opportunities.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Quantiphi’s AI/ML capabilities and offerings.

• Engage with AWS leadership to stay informed on current and forthcoming product features, releases, and innovations.

• Formulate Quantphi’s AWS AI/ML strategy, encompassing solutions, offerings, and sales tactics.

• Collaborate closely with AWS sales, partner, and AI/ML specialists.

• Support customer engagement and practice revenue growth in partnership with Sales.

• Drive the strategy and framework for creating packaged offerings and solutions to meet revenue targets.

• Foster best practices and knowledge sharing through various methods such as blog posts, white papers, articles, prototypes, proof of concepts, workshops, demos, and breakout sessions.

• Aid in the successful delivery of customer engagements utilizing AWS AI/ML products and related solutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with client technology leaders (C-Level, VPs, Directors, etc.) to leverage the advantages of cloud call center technologies.

• Conduct knowledge-sharing or training sessions focusing on cloud or Quantiphi capabilities.

• Stay ahead in technology by continually enhancing your technical knowledge through ongoing research and learning about future trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive and relevant experience in the AI/ML industry (10-15 years).

• Significant hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML products such as Sagemaker, Transcribe, Recognition, and others.

• Profound experience with AWS Agentic and AI services including Bedrock, AgentCore, Amazon Quick, etc.

• Strong practice leadership and professional services delivery experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of AWS cloud computing and its various models (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS).

• Self-motivated individual with substantial hands-on experience in production implementations on public cloud platforms within large enterprises.

• Direct involvement in leading, designing, and developing AWS-based AI/ML solutions.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50%, based on job requirements and client engagements across different sectors.

• Over 7 years of project experience in architecting, building, and supporting cloud-based solutions on AWS.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Relevant cloud certification from AWS.

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and concepts such as Agile, SCRUM, CI/CD, and DevOps.

• Proven skills in leadership, communication, coaching, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

• An experienced, persuasive, and effective presenter, both in written and verbal communication.

• Experience in leading high-performing, results-driven teams focused on client satisfaction.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, capable of managing diverse situations, multiple initiatives, and rapidly changing priorities.
