AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement machine learning models that transform raw captures from construction sites into actionable insights.

• Create AI-driven solutions that offer data-rich insights for enhanced jobsite understanding and collaboration.

• Develop and refine high-performance ML pipelines to expand the platform's capabilities.

• Utilize machine learning frameworks to build robust AI solutions.

• Adapt and employ VLMs, LLMs, generative AI, RAG architectures, and agents to tackle challenges on construction sites.

• Direct data curation and conduct thorough data quality assessments for ongoing, automated model updates and enhancements.

• Work collaboratively within an agile, diverse team to implement solutions in a cloud-based environment.

• Take ownership of assigned components from initial conception through to production deployment and monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated technical proficiency showcased through a portfolio of AI/ML solutions or products that have been built and deployed.

• Strong foundation in Computer Vision, Core Deep Learning, and Neural Architectures.

• Experience in developing and deploying advanced vision models for tasks such as detection, segmentation, and classification.

• Capability to integrate and synchronize vision, language, and other sensor data.

• Knowledge of 3D scene understanding, reconstruction, or geometry-based AI techniques.

• Proficient in contemporary deep learning frameworks and production-level programming.

• History of optimizing models for performance and efficiency, especially in resource-constrained settings.

• Familiarity with deployment pipelines and model optimization for varied hardware targets.

• An MSc or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field is preferred but not mandatory.
