AI Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Analyze, assess, and review a variety of datasets to facilitate the training and validation of AI systems.

• Deliver clear, precise, and high-quality written contributions that adhere to project specifications and guidelines.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for relevance, accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.

• Identify opportunities for enhancement and provide constructive feedback to improve model performance.

• Engage in activities that require critical thinking, problem-solving, and analysis across a wide range of topics.

• Adhere to established project guidelines, processes, and quality standards to guarantee consistent deliverables.

• Contribute to quality assurance and review processes by maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.

• Communicate observations, findings, and insights effectively through both written and verbal means.

• Work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with remote teams when necessary.
