AI Systems Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create and develop agentic systems and automation from the ground up.

• Establish automated evaluation loops that assess system success and facilitate quicker iterations.

• Manage extensive data pipelines, encompassing high record volumes, control groups, statistical validation, and comprehensive traceability.

• Implement workflow orchestration to ensure dependable, high-throughput processing under actual load conditions.

• Conduct hands-on SQL tasks, generate custom reports, and apply direct solutions.

• Act as a technical partner during architecture and design evaluations.

• Collaborate closely with the engineering lead on complex technical choices.

• Design, construct, and manage core systems and the data layer from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong architectural mindset, including consideration of components, ownership boundaries, and reusability.

• Proven experience in independently developing agentic systems and automation.

• Hands-on expertise with large-scale data pipelines that handle millions of records.

• Relevant background in ad tech, high-load financial systems, cybersecurity/anomaly detection, or data engineering.

• Strong focus on reliability, including managing load and edge cases without silent failures.

• Experience in validating outcomes with control groups.

• Research-oriented mindset and capability to defend results under scrutiny.

• Comfortable working across backend, SQL, reporting, and operations.

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools is a plus.

• Research experience is a plus.

• Experience in technical mentoring is a plus.
