This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more states.
• Administer and provide support for enterprise AI platforms, including Copilot, Claude, and custom-built Azure-hosted AI, with an emphasis on availability, performance, and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with APIs, connectors, and automation tools to facilitate secure, authorized data access while maintaining ethical boundaries, confidentiality of matters, and compliance with firm governance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding platform updates, feature activation, and operational troubleshooting.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for AI platform configurations, access procedures, integrations, and operational standards.
• Support the integration of AI platforms with firm systems, including document management, knowledge repositories, collaboration tools, and sanctioned enterprise applications.
• Monitor the usage, performance, and costs associated with AI platforms; assist in tracking costs, reporting, and allocation for departments/practice groups.
• Manage access controls, permissions, and usage policies in collaboration with Information Security, Risk & Conflicts, and Identity teams.
• Implement role-based access controls, audit logging, and data protection measures.
• Configure environments, resource groups, and service integrations to support AI workloads.
• Analyze usage metrics and performance data to suggest optimizations.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and resolve incidents related to AI solutions.
• Oversee updates, patches, and version upgrades; liaise with vendors and internal teams on complex issues.
• Deliver periodic status updates and project reports to management.
• Offer occasional after-hours support.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in systems administration, platform support, or enterprise IT operations.
• Proven experience administering cloud/SaaS platforms in an enterprise setting.
• Strongly preferred: experience with integrations, access management, and cost tracking for enterprise applications.
• Advanced technical proficiency in document management, systems administration, database management, and OS-level functionalities.
• Experience in a law firm, legal operations, or legal tech environment is a bonus.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as LLMs, automation platforms, OCR tools, or analytics platforms is a plus.
• Background in marketing automation, lead generation systems, or paid advertising optimization is advantageous.
• Experience with chatbots, call automation, or client intake systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with document automation, legal research tools, or eDiscovery platforms is a plus.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or no-code/low-code tools is beneficial.
• Experience creating dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
• Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security considerations in AI implementation is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a consulting, operations, or innovation-focused role is a bonus.
• A stable high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 Mbps or higher, with a backup plan for power or service interruptions.
• Personal PC/laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM; Core i5, AMD Ryzen 3, or a 2013 Mac equivalent or better; Windows 10 or newer / macOS Catalina 10.15 or newer; updated browsers and security software; 500GB/128GB SSD storage.
