This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, implement, and continually enhance significant and high-risk agents utilizing Gemini agent builder, Claude, Codex, and MCP integrations.
• Oversee the entire maturity journey from initial prototype to a robust, governed product.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, including compensation analysts and recruiters, to develop domain-specific agents.
• Convey technical knowledge so that subject matter experts can independently maintain and evolve their tools.
• Revamp workflows to tackle core process challenges instead of merely automating flawed systems.
• Manage deployed solutions as a product owner by tracking adoption rates and diagnosing issues.
• Assist stakeholders in converting skeptics into advocates.
• Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence and Forward Deployed Engineering team on technical integration obstacles and governance standards.
• Report directly to the AI Transformation Director within the Global People & Culture Organization.
• Proven hands-on experience in constructing AI agents, automations, or tools that transformed operational workflows.
• Sufficient technical fluency to design agent architecture and guidelines, engage with MCPs and governance systems, and assess outputs at the system level without requiring engineering support.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate solutions from problem identification to actual adoption while concurrently enhancing the skills of others through training, enablement, or collaborative efforts.
• Highly independent, self-motivated, and adept at functioning as a senior individual contributor in an evolving domain.
• Established builder with a portfolio of deployed and embraced GenAI agents.
• Practical experience with skills, MCPs, data, automations, prompt design, and evaluations.
• In-depth understanding of the risks associated with people data and HR operations.
