This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp processes, requirements, and desired outcomes; convert them into technical specifications and effective solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement AI assistants, agents, intelligent workflows, automation, and low-code applications.
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept to evaluate feasibility, usability, risk, and business value.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and data sources; set up connectors and permissions while ensuring secure data access.
• Develop and execute test cases; assess accuracy, reliability, security, usability, and performance.
• Generate technical documentation, user manuals, reusable components, and implementation standards.
• Diagnose, monitor, and enhance solutions based on performance metrics, user feedback, and evolving requirements.
• Implement security, data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices throughout the lifecycle of the solution.
• Assist in user training, workshops, and adoption activities for sanctioned AI and automation tools.
• Keep abreast of emerging AI and automation technologies; improve proficiency with new tools and suggest enhancements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering technology solutions, business applications, automation, systems integration, software development, or low-code solutions.
• Practical experience with one or more AI, automation, application development, or enterprise technology platforms.
• Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, prompting, agents, and common limitations of AI.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Experience in configuring workflows, integrations, connectors, and permissions, including APIs or enterprise data sources.
• Proficient in testing, troubleshooting, documenting, and supporting deployed technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Capacity to independently manage tasks, quickly learn new technologies, and adapt to a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce or similar enterprise platforms such as IFS, SharePoint, or Teams.
• Preferred: Experience in building AI agents, intelligent workflows, or enterprise knowledge solutions.
• Preferred: Knowledge of APIs, JSON, REST services, or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or C#.
• Preferred: Experience with Azure services, source control, or deployment pipelines.
• Preferred: Knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, responsible AI practices, and support standards.
