AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct discovery sessions with both business and technical teams.

• Analyze current processes, systems, challenges, and manual tasks.

• Identify and prioritize potential opportunities for AI and automation.

• Question existing processes and design enhanced future-state workflows.

• Convert business challenges into technical requirements and solution designs.

• Create prototypes and proofs of concept.

• Develop AI applications, agents, and automation workflows.

• Integrate AI solutions with current systems, APIs, and data sources.

• Connect separate systems to automate workflows and eliminate manual efforts.

• Design human-in-the-loop controls, guardrails, and monitoring systems.

• Test solutions and assess their effectiveness against established business outcomes.

• Transition successful prototypes into production.

• Assist teams in adoption and new methodologies.

• Create reusable AI architecture, engineering patterns, and best practices.

• Contribute to the ongoing internal AI and automation roadmap.

• Develop AI systems, agents, automation, support assistants, workflow automation, and integrate AI capabilities into existing applications as opportunities arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive software engineering experience; programming language is adaptable.

• Practical experience in building applications using a variety of AI platforms.

• Experience in creating AI agents, tool-calling workflows, or deterministic automation.

• Familiarity with integrating applications using APIs, databases, and external systems.

• Capability to comprehend and analyze business processes.

• Strong skills in solution design and architecture.

• Experience in translating vague business problems into actionable technical solutions.

• Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on user feedback.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting abilities.

• Comfortable working independently in a greenfield setting.

• Valuable experience with agent and workflow orchestration frameworks.

• Beneficial experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, and enterprise knowledge retrieval.

• Useful experience in evaluating and monitoring LLM applications.

• Useful experience in prompt and context engineering.

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP would be advantageous.

• Familiarity with workflow and automation platforms is a plus.

• Useful experience in enterprise system integrations.

• Valuable experience in AI security, permissions, governance, and guardrails.

• Useful experience with CI/CD and production deployment of AI applications.
