AI Solutions Engineer – AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business teams to pinpoint valuable AI use cases throughout the organization's functions.

• Convert business requirements into well-defined solution concepts.

• Create and develop AI-driven solutions utilizing large language models, AI assistants, APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, and workflow automation.

• Partner with data engineering and platform teams to integrate AI solutions with reliable enterprise data.

• Facilitate scalable usage through the capabilities of Azure Databricks.

• Swiftly construct prototypes and proof-of-concepts to assess business value, technical viability, and user experience.

• Assist in change management and promote user adoption.

• Guide stakeholders in understanding, testing, and effectively using new AI-enabled workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, AI engineering, data engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Practical experience in designing Generative AI solutions, prompt engineering, and developing applications with large language models.

• Proficient in Python, AI agents, and workflow automation tools.

• Familiarity with contemporary data platforms such as Azure Databricks.

• Capability to translate intricate business processes into actionable AI solutions.

• Comfortable leading discussions with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficiency in German is advantageous but not essential.
