This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive profile for each client within the designated portfolio, encompassing locations, stakeholders, performance and SLA trends, contract details, renewal timelines, and both current and potential AI capabilities.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for the AI strategy and its implementation within the assigned client portfolio.
• Monitor and report on AI penetration, pipeline, adoption metrics, ROI, and revenue generation to senior leadership.
• Convert Qualfon's GenAI, conversational AI, agent assist, automation, analytics, quality, and workforce AI capabilities into client-specific business value and ROI narratives.
• Develop and present customized AI adoption roadmaps that align with client business objectives.
• Articulate AI capabilities, implementation needs, and anticipated outcomes during client discussions.
• Convey client requirements and feedback to Qualfon's product and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and Business Developers on account strategy, quarterly business reviews, renewals, and opportunities for expansion.
• Co-create AI narratives for new business initiatives and proposals, including input for SOWs and considerations for solution-level pricing.
• Research the market for relevant AI products, vendors, and capabilities.
• Suggest enhancements to Qualfon's client-facing AI portfolio based on competitive analysis and industry insights.
• Keep abreast of the competitive landscape concerning AI-enabled BPO and outsourcing services.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing relationship management, account management, or solution consulting roles, preferably within the BPO, outsourcing, or related services sectors.
• Proficient technical understanding of AI and automation capabilities, including GenAI, conversational AI, RPA, analytics, and quality/workforce AI.
• Capability to establish and nurture trusted relationships with external clients as well as internal Sales/Operations partners.
• Strong business insight, with the ability to interpret contract terms, performance metrics, and P&L implications.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
• Competence in constructing a business case and measurement plan for a proposed AI capability.
• Willingness and readiness to travel to client locations as required.
• Preferred experience in a solution architect, pre-sales, or technical account management role.
• Preferred direct experience in contact center, BPO, or workforce operations.
• Preferred familiarity with GenAI quality evaluation, agent-assist, or conversational AI platforms.
• Preferred prior experience collaborating directly with Sales/Account Management functions in a matrixed environment.
