AI & Software Engineers

• Engage in cutting-edge AI systems and software engineering initiatives.

• Develop or enhance next-generation AI technologies.

• Conduct debugging, feature development, code refactoring, performance optimization, and software testing.

• Navigate and work with intricate codebases.

• Contribute to pioneering AI projects through a full-time AI/ML role or contract software engineering positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering.

• Proficiency in Python, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, LangChain/LangGraph, cloud AI platforms, APIs/SDKs, data pipelines/ETL, and CI/CD for the AI/ML Engineer pathway.

• Experienced software engineer for the contract pathway; prior AI experience is not mandatory.

• Strong skills in one or more programming languages: Python, C++, Java, Golang, TypeScript, Rust.

• Solid background in software engineering or AI/ML.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing complex technical systems.

• Strong written communication abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting.
