AI Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advance the internal AI-driven development platform.

• Design and maintain Skills, Rules, Agents, and various artifacts utilized by AI tools.

• Organize reusable knowledge databases for AI model usage.

• Structure technical documentation tailored for Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Implement automations that minimize manual tasks and enhance engineering productivity.

• Consistently explore emerging AI technologies and tools relevant to software development.

• Engage in software architecture and engineering decision-making processes.

• Aid in defining technical standards and best practices for development.

• Create clear, organized, and reusable technical documentation.

• Disseminate technical knowledge through training sessions, documentation, and practical demonstrations.

• Support developers in integrating AI tools to improve productivity and quality.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the company’s software engineering practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Extensive experience in software development.

• Proficiency in software architecture.

• Familiarity with LLMs (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar).

• Strong background in Prompt Engineering.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar).

• Proficient in using Git.

• Experience in developing REST APIs.

• Knowledge in automating development workflows.

• Understanding of software engineering best practices.

• Familiarity with API design.

• Preferred qualifications: experience in Human Resources and Payroll systems, messaging systems, involvement in technical communities, creation of articles, training, or technical content; a postgraduate degree in Software Engineering; certifications in AWS or Microsoft Azure; and productivity enhancements in software engineering.
