This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Create AI-powered application components utilizing Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, encompassing RAG patterns, grounding strategies, and secure prompt designs.
• Design and execute Copilot solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational workflows, prompt engineering, orchestration logic, plugins/actions, and integrations.
• Develop backend services and extensible components using JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Python.
• Integrate with Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and M365 extensibility options like Teams.
• Implement cloud-native and event-driven patterns for scalable, stateless services and asynchronous messaging.
• Deliver comprehensive secure solutions that encompass authentication, authorization, environmental strategies, lifecycle governance, and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD practices for Copilot and AI assets, including Git workflows, versioning, automated testing, pipelines, and release management.
• Establish monitoring, telemetry, analytics, and performance optimization through Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Power BI where applicable.
• Employ Responsible AI practices, including testing, evaluation, guardrails, safety measures, and ongoing improvement.
• Convert business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI/Copilot architectures, producing design artifacts and implementation guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, data engineers, platform teams, and security teams.
• Provide comprehensive documentation, best practices, handover sessions, and enablement materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio, encompassing conversational design, prompt engineering, orchestration flows, and plugin/action development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI implementations, including prompt optimization, RAG, grounding strategies, vector search, and safe production practices.
• Strong integration capabilities with Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and M365 extensibility features like Teams and Outlook.
• Experience in designing and developing APIs, custom connectors, and automation workflows.
• Understanding of Responsible AI and security fundamentals, including Entra ID, RBAC, environmental strategies, data access controls, and governance compliance.
• Practical software development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Python.
• Familiarity with clean architecture and scalable software design patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud-native Azure application architecture, particularly with stateless services, event-driven patterns, and Fabric / OneLake-based data platforms.
• Experience with Git-based development, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and managing environment separation.
• Proficient in utilizing Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable Copilot and AI solutions, and adapt based on feedback.
