This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the activation process for newly acquired Anthropic-focused accounts.
• Manage the complete delivery process for accounts while proactively identifying technical and delivery risks.
• Develop and sustain account plans and use-case backlogs for comprehensive AI transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance to senior client stakeholders on AI and data strategies utilizing Anthropic and related capabilities.
• Collaborate with Anthropic’s field team alongside internal Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leadership to discover, shape, and finalize expansion opportunities.
• Facilitate executive meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and roadmap discussions.
• Mentor team members, promoting a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the creation of internal playbooks, account-planning frameworks, and standardized AI and data delivery patterns.
• Disseminate best practices and client insights to enhance engagement and delivery excellence.
• Develop the Anthropic account from initial landing through to delivery and growth.
• 6–10+ years of experience in a hybrid delivery/sales role within consulting or professional services, holding responsibility for scoping service engagements and ensuring project success; alternatively, direct accountability for strategic account growth and executive engagement.
• Proven experience managing both delivery quality and account growth within the same engagement.
• A successful track record in scoping and delivering service engagements valued between $50K and $1M.
• Experience in developing account plans and roadmaps that transition from a single pilot to broader implementation.
• Ability to step into an account soon after it is landed and immediately take charge of activation and expansion efforts.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior client stakeholders, along with a history of becoming a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, or CDOs.
• Skilled in structuring complex problems and guiding them to resolution within a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by client needs.
• Practical competency in AI/data that allows for the identification of use cases and delivery risks related to agentic AI/LLM and data solutions, including RAG, MCP-style servers, agent orchestration, evaluations, and data architecture.
• Direct experience with Anthropic (Code, Cowork, or Enterprise) or a similar LLM/agentic AI platform.
• Preferred: success in transforming a single AI or data pilot into a multi-year, multi-million-dollar program.
• Preferred: trusted-advisor experience with senior technology and line-of-business leaders on AI/data strategy, roadmap design, and delivery risk.
• Preferred: formal account plans and use-case backlogs for the rollout of generative AI or agentic AI.
