AI SEO, GEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement crackerJCK’s SEO and GEO strategy for its Webflow website.

• Conduct keyword research, identify questions, and analyze AI prompts utilized by target clients to create content plans and briefs.

• Enhance blog posts and website pages, focusing on structure, metadata, schema, internal linking, and AI-friendly formatting.

• Acquire high-quality backlinks, brand mentions, and reputable site listings through ethical outreach and digital public relations.

• Resolve technical SEO challenges in Webflow, addressing issues such as indexing, redirects, site speed, and CMS configuration.

• Monitor crackerJCK’s visibility in Google search results and AI responses, providing performance reports.

• Attribute every organic and AI-search lead to its originating source.

• Establish a monthly scope of work with the company and take ownership of execution.

• Collaborate directly with the founder to enhance the agency’s organic presence and generate genuine leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical SEO experience, showcasing measurable results.

• Proficient with Google Search Console, GA4, and tools like Ahrefs or Semrush.

• Knowledgeable in technical SEO, on-page SEO, and schema markup.

• Experience in enhancing visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini.

• Comprehension of how AI tools discover, summarize, and cite content.

• Proven experience in building quality backlinks without resorting to spammy tactics.

• Ability to differentiate between beneficial and harmful backlinks.

• Capable of working within the Webflow CMS independently, without developer assistance.

• Experience with a comparable CMS and a willingness to learn quickly is acceptable.

• Background in B2B, agency, or lead generation SEO is preferred.

• Strong writing or editing capabilities; blog writing experience is open for discussion but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with setting up lead tracking utilizing UTMs or form fields.

• Daily user of AI tools, with a commitment to continual learning.

• Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and in straightforward language.

• Takes initiative and proactively identifies subsequent steps.

• Comfortable working asynchronously with a US-based team.

• Must provide an example of a website that was enhanced through SEO or AI search along with an explanation of the work performed.
