AI Security Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for Falcon's AI-driven detection and response features.

• Aid customers in optimizing AI-based threat detection models and automated response processes.

• Configure and fine-tune machine learning algorithms to minimize false positives while ensuring high detection effectiveness.

• Create and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.

• Resolve AI-related customer issues across enterprises of various sizes.

• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to enhance AI functionalities.

• Collaborate closely with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and insights.

• Utilize CrowdStrike's AI capabilities to improve vulnerability prioritization and asset management.

• Support customers in integrating Falcon's AI functionalities into their current security tools and workflows.

• Assist Incident Response teams with AI-enhanced threat hunting and forensic investigations.

• Design and facilitate AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.

• Work in partnership with the Platform Professional Services team to create customer-facing AI materials.

• Plan, deploy, implement, optimize, and provide operational support for CrowdStrike's AI features.

• Travel up to 5% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years of experience in IT deployments or in an end-user/customer setting.

• Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning principles, especially in cybersecurity contexts.

• In-depth understanding of software deployment technologies.

• Highly knowledgeable about Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

• Experience with AI-driven security tools and platforms.

• Familiarity with data science principles and their applicability to security operations.

• Experience working with security automation and orchestration platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Extensive experience presenting technical AI-related content to diverse audiences.

• Strong background in computer and network systems security.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying solutions for unique and complex challenges.

• Ability to manage workloads and prioritize customer projects effectively.

• Experience mentoring team members.

• Some experience in leading a team to complete projects.

• High motivation; self-starter; results-oriented.

• Willingness to travel and undertake assignment work.

• Proven track record of using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and drive business results.

• Preferred experience with the Falcon platform, AV, and EDR solutions.

• Preferred experience in machine learning models, natural language processing, anomaly detection, and writing prompts.

• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and model development.

• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.

• Familiarity with SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, or PsExec.

• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch scripting.

• Knowledge of host-based firewalls, File Integrity Management, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, and IT Automation technologies.

• Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, and HIPAA compliance.

• Experience with SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, or LogScale.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and SSO.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
