• Assist in product planning and preparation for sprints.

• Transform product concepts into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Aid in maintaining discipline within the product roadmap.

• Coordinate objectives for sprints, define release scope, and monitor delivery status.

• Collaborate with leadership, developers, QA, and customer-facing teams.

• Oversee the maintenance of delivery documentation.

• Prepare release notes and materials for internal enablement.

• Collect customer feedback and refine it into organized product inputs.

• Ensure that work is primed for AI-assisted development.

• Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and obstacles.

• Support the weekly sprint rhythm and governance of releases.

• Proven experience in product operations, product management, business analysis, or project delivery.

• Familiarity with software development teams.

• Exceptional ability to craft clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capability to handle competing priorities effectively.

• Knowledge of SaaS product delivery processes.

• Comfort in an AI-first work environment.

• Preferred: Experience with CRM, BI, SaaS, or workflow products.

• Preferred: Background in Agile delivery methodologies.

• Preferred: Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
