AI Product Manager – EU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Acquire a thorough understanding of clinical and regulatory workflows, document types, and industry best practices pertinent to the life sciences field.

• Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients, clinical teams, industry experts, and AI/ML professionals to pinpoint workflow challenges and convert them into scalable AI-driven product functionalities.

• Direct the development of product features from inception to launch, which includes gathering requirements, writing specifications, and validating quality.

• Develop comprehensive product specifications utilizing agile methodologies, guided by industry standards and user requirements.

• Influence decisions regarding the feature roadmap and maintain clear prioritization within your area of product expertise.

• Work alongside Engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products.

• Design and improve generative AI capabilities utilizing large language models (LLMs).

• Organize release cycles and development sprints to provide valuable enhancements at optimal times.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management or related professional background.

• Proven experience in contributing to the design and development of AI-powered products utilizing large language models (LLMs), with a strong track record in product strategy, development processes, and implementation.

• Capability to conduct independent user interviews and user research to uncover customer needs and product opportunities.

• A strong motivation to address complex business challenges and develop streamlined, scalable solutions.

• Excellent communication skills in English (native or nearly native proficiency), with a keen attention to detail.

• A self-driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments with changing requirements.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Must possess authorization to work in Europe.
