AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the entire product lifecycle for Retensa’s SaaS platforms.

• Contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with company objectives.

• Convert requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and sprint plans.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and client success teams to deliver impactful features.

• Engage with Client Support to collect feedback, analyze product usage, and guide product priorities.

• Stay updated with industry trends and changes to innovate solutions that provide a competitive edge.

• Monitor product success metrics to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and overall business impact.

• Connect client needs, business objectives, and technical execution to deliver scalable and competitive products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in, or managing, SaaS web application development.

• Direct experience in introducing AI innovations to on-demand SaaS software.

• Expertise in sourcing and prioritizing needs from both internal teams and external clients.

• A keen interest in assisting companies in creating workplaces that engage, inspire, and retain employees.

• Willingness to take the initiative and present new ideas.

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

• Capability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.

• Formal Agile training is a plus.

• PMI or a similar certification is beneficial.

• AWS Certification is a plus.

• Experience in programming, UI/UX, or QA is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Jira or similar online task-tracking tools is beneficial.

• Experience managing remote and part-time employees is a plus.

• Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday.

• Willingness to work remotely within 2 hours of EST.
