AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of AI-powered automation for Precoro's Accounts Payable processes and AI agents dedicated to procurement document handling.

• Aim to elevate the percentage of invoices processed entirely through automation to 70%.

• Work towards lowering the invoice recognition mismatch rates, which are currently at 7% for the US server and 3% for COM.

• Streamline custom recognition prompts and tailor invoice recognition to meet specific customer needs based on support queries.

• Enhance the adoption of AP Automation among customers who have subscribed to the tariff plan but are not utilizing it to its full potential.

• Raise awareness of AP automation among users who have yet to experience the automated workflow.

• Introduce five essential AI agents: Intake, Purchasing, Matching, Payments, and Data Enrichment.

• Promote the integration of AI agents into clients' actual procurement operations.

• Foster the adoption of MCP (Model Context Protocol) throughout the product.

• Assemble a team and create a reliable process for maintaining and advancing the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in implementing AI for business process automation, particularly in reporting or accounting/finance, or in a product context focused on automating communications.

• Practical knowledge of working with LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.

• A solid history of delivering AI features in production settings.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar capacity with B2B SaaS products.
