This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the product and business, encompassing user flows, data collection, monetization, design patterns, and technical architecture.
• Convert business strategy into well-defined product priorities and initiatives.
• Lead the product strategy, outline technical requirements, and establish measurable outcomes for the primary product area.
• Assess product opportunities and deliver data-driven proposals to enhance product capabilities.
• Manage the complete delivery process of product enhancements and new features from conception to launch.
• Incorporate user research, market analysis, and data insights into the development process to create user-centric experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical implementation strategies and feasible timelines.
• Set and monitor metrics that indicate product success and guide iterative improvements.
• Establish yourself as an internal and external subject matter expert to support teams and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Work in partnership with product managers, developers, designers, analysts, marketers, editors, and operations to ensure focused, impactful, and iterative development.
• Spearhead Clutch's transition into an AI-driven organization and redesign B2B ratings and reviews.
• At least 2 years of hands-on product management experience in a digital product or software company utilizing AI tools as a fundamental aspect of daily operations.
• Practical experience with LLMs, MCPs, and prompt engineering; capable of creating and assessing functional prototypes.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts, including intent scoring, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate technical products such as CRM integrations, messaging platforms, or data pipelines.
• Experience in creating and maintaining production monitoring dashboards using Metabase or comparable tools.
• Proficient in working with API documentation and making build-vs-integrate assessments for third-party tools.
• Strong product intuition and enthusiasm for data-informed decision-making.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage complex, ambiguous projects and drive them to completion.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; capable of simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of technical architecture for complex, scalable web platforms.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Experience with or a strong interest in developer-facing products (MCP, APIs, developer tooling) is advantageous.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; hiring is not available in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York.
